Hello all, There are various people out there having some performance issues at the moment. Some are with Mifos itself, others with the reporting and some with networking.
We currently have one page up, with some links to Network monitoring: http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/NetworkMonitoring/ But I¹d like to get some more ideas and start putting together a rough guide possibly for helping people troubleshoot Mifos performance issues. 1. In regards to Networking Monitoring, is there one tool people recommend above others? What one for Windows and one for Mifos? 2. For General Mifos Performance, where should we look at? Are there tools already included with Windows/Linux or some third party ones we can install (hopefully free and open source). What about for MySQL? 3. Same for Reporting, where are the specific ways we should monitor the impact specifically for Reporting? I had some ideas, like reviewing slow query logs and analyzing queries, but wondering what else can be done. Also, is there a way to monitor just the Birt Web Viewer itself?
