Maina, Thank you for the follow-up. In regards to the issue with the groups 1. Are you seeing it in just one branch or all branches? 2. Are there any other similarities about the groups? Do they have similar names? Are they under teh same loan officer or a different Loan officer? If under a different Loan officer, Are there similarities between the LOs? 3. Is it one group that's causing issues or multiple groups getting mixed in?
