Ryan,
The Only similarity that I have come across is that they meet on the same
day.
Kind Regards,
Maina Wachira.

groupsafterMifos upgrade
Maina,
This definitely sounds like a domain scoping issue and the behavior you are
seeing when you close an account would seem to back that up. So for some
reason, Mifos is getting confused and displaying clients under groups that
they are not assigned too.
This might be due to some issue with the data itself (which is why I was
asking if the Group names are similar - ie, is one group named Ryan.1 and
another called Ryan.2, etc) that when Mifos is pulling the client data, its
pulling clients that are not part of the group. Any insights from you,
other than they are under the same loan officer? Are their meeting details
similar? ID's similar?
This definitely sounds like a bug.
Thanks,
Ryan

Thanks Ryan,
There are different instances
For example we can have a group called Ryan, with clients Jane, Mike, John
and James. When I create a new group Maina and Ed, the clients under Ryan
appear in the new groups i.e. Jane, Mike, John and James. That was one
instance
In another the groups that ate mixing up are different.
For example we have the group Ryan, Ed and Maina.
When I add a Client in Maina or Ed, the client appears in the Ryan group.
I noticed that if I close the groups Ryan, then the clients under the other
groups Maina and Ed automatically disappear. Could this be the long term
solution?
It is happening in Multiple groups
The only similarity is that the groups are under the same Loan Officer.
The problem is happening in different branches not only one.
Kind Regards,
Maina Wachira.

Maina,
Thank you for the follow-up. In regards to the issue with the groups
1. Are you seeing it in just one branch or all branches?
2. Are there any other similarities about the groups? Do they have similar
names? Are they under teh same loan officer or a different Loan officer?
If under a different Loan officer, Are there similarities between the LOs?
3. Is it one group that's causing issues or multiple groups getting mixed
in?
Thanks

Morning Ryan,
1. They just have groups and clients
2. Office Heirachy is Head office then Branch office. No offices in between
3. They are under the same branch. - since the problem started, (clients
being mixed in groups) when you open a new group within the branch, it
prepopulates it with clients from the group that is causing the mix up.
