Hi, What version did you upgrade from? Did you have a custom chart of accounts file in Mifos prior to upgrading? If you didn't customize your chart of accounts, try comparing your default chart of accounts to the default available from http://www.mifos.org/knowledge/support/deploying-mifos/configuration/gui de#using-a-custom-chart-of-accounts.
