Regarding flow of execution, you mean sequence in which payment is applied, correct? This was discussed a few days ago on another topic: http://bit.ly/devnfV "System submits the amount received. The amount is first applied against the penalty due. After penalty payment, if there is an excess, the amount is applied to the fee due, followed by interest due and then the principal." That will better help us answer your question.
