Schedule Independent of Meeting (LSIM) allows loan payments to be scheduled
independent of the meeting schedule. This feature is disabled by default.
Note that this feature has some known issues (see issue
2005<http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-2005>).
To enable this feature, set the flag for
repaymentSchedulesIndependentOfMeetingIsEnabled to 1 and apply your change.*
