Ramya,
Good find. What you need to do is go to the question groups admin section,
edit the question group and set it to being editable. This will then allow
you to edit at the customer level. This was not set to being on in the
question group upgrade.
All I¹ve updated this information on the Data Migration For Question
Groups page.
