This release contains significant improvements and features in Mifos,
including:
* Ability to create loans with variable installment periods
* Enter and compare client's cash flow with debt ratio and
repayment capacity during loan creation
* Early and partial repayment of client fees
* Integration with MPESA for Loan Disbursals
* New permission for adjusting only last day's transactions
* Improved Tally integration in Mifos
