In fact we solved the issue with our client exactly the way you are saying (changing to create client) What is new for me is that the view client question group is linked to surveys. This is probably because our clients arent so active with surveys. I am happy that this is not a bug. In that scenario, every time you enter new information, it is actually storing each new submit as a new survey entered for the client If you want to just edit existing information, and you do not need to see in the interface the historical data, then you should set the Question Group as available in the View Client workflow. You can do this from the Admin section by editing the Question Group and selecting View Client. Then, the Question Group should actually show up at the bottom of the Client Account page, and thats where you can go to edit the information. This question group will be used to manage burial insurance information to produce a debit order file and link with fees created to pay insurance premiums. The bug comes out when we try to edit the question group in the dash board. So, instead of editing the information in the question group it creates automatically a new question group.
