can you provide screen shots of the problems you are having with the
transaction reports?

The problem with running the admin console is probably the same as we had
when running pentaho ... we edited a bat file (start-pentaho.bat I think but
the conversation is in skype) and I assume similar edits will do for the
start-pac (due to you only having the JRE).
