Dear all.
I hope I am not acting in violation of protocol; I seem to have posted more
than one issue over here. I encounter the error above when I attempt to
define new fees.
I am using a modified chart of accounts (attached); I validated this file
using macromedia Dreamweaver before deploying it.
Please advise if I am numbering wrongly. Is there any test I can run to
check is mifos is picking the chartOfAccounts ?
