Hi Miguel,

this is a bug which can be reproduced only under Internet Explorer 8 or Internet Explorer 9.

At the beginning I've checked it under Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and this problem didn't exist.
After changing web browser to Internet Explorer this case was possible to reproduce.

Hi Miguel,

could You check if role that You are using has "Can change state to Cancelled" field enabled in Loan management section. You can check it in Admin -> Manage roles and permissions. Can You also send to me information about Your system and webbrowser?

Now I am not able to cancel loans when status is in partial application an loan pendig approval. Please help as the system is running in production

 

The dropdown list with reasons for cancceling is not active and generates a message that is not able to cancel the loan.

Hi Miguel,

I tested canceling loan after approval in Mifos 2.4.1 and it works correctly.

Could you confirm that you are trying to cancel Loan which is in 'Application Approved' state? Is there any error message when you try to cancel loan?
