Thanks, Sander. That was a copy paste error when I was sending my mail. The issue is resolved.
I did the "ping" as described at: https://github.com/openMF/mifosx-community-apps/wiki which says: ---- *Note:* You have to 'ping' the server before using the javascript app because the Mifos X server uses a self-signed certificate (Mifos X is configured to use SSL) The ping will get your browser to complain. Follow its instructions to proceed (adding username/password where requested) and then you can use the app. To ping the local server use: https://localhost:8443/mifosng-provider/api/v1/clients/1?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true ---- It asked for user ID and password (mifos/password) and once I provided this, it's working. I need to read up to understand how this ping helped, though. I guess it just gets the browser to ignore any warnings/errors because this site uses a self-signed certificate. Thanks.
