Anyway, the actual relevant error message to do with the stored procedure
failing is a bit further down in the log file. It usually references a
client or account id. if you search for the string "Actual Stored
Procedure Message related" you will find it.
The reason why there is a problem can vary and requires some
troubleshooting which takes a bit of getting used to... typically it is due
to client or accounts being created before their 'parents' or transacted
against in an unreasonable order e.g. made active before creation.

the pre-etl check and the check if it fails are the main ones.
