Hi All,
Nayan I agree with Ed, this looks very nice. I like separating out each
loan officer and each meeting I think this will make data entry easier. I
like showing which meetings and which loan officers have yet to be entered
(green for "done", orange means "current"?, yellow means "not started"?)
Might be nice to also aggregate this information "up" a level, so branch
managers can see "how much" of the day is done? This might simply be total
number of meetings / meetings entered.
I think, as Ed mentioned, that it will be important for the data entry
person to "jump around" and not enter each loan officer and meeting in
order. Especially if loan officers are responsible for entering their own
data, this will be important. User should also be able to click on a loan
officer and click on a meeting to go directly there I think. (Perhaps this
was the intention of the mockup? The button "Submit and Next Loan Officer"
suggests a particular order. Maybe just "Submit" and it automatically moves
to next loan officer, or next meeting, or the user can choose something
else?

Nayan,
This looks very nice! A couple of questions. When you say in-progress
collection sheet are you meaning that this collection sheet would support
partially saved collections sheets that can be returned later to for
submission or is it just for showing the sheet you're currently on and
entering data for.
I clearly see how this collection sheet view supporting multiple loan
officers in one view is quite valuable for the data entry team that might be
entering data for multiple loan officers. Is a sub-goal also to provide a
tool for management to monitor progress of data entry for the day's
collections?
Related to that - can a data entry person skip a loan officer or can they
only move through each loan officer by submitting a collection sheet. For
example in your mockup, could they enter data for Basavayya, skip over
Praveen, and start entering data for Vishwas?
I've also cc'd Deanna in case she has any questions or feedback.
Thanks,
Ed
