I am assuming that you are you referring to the older Mifos 2.6.x product.
You can download the Adroid client for this version of mifos from
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mifos.androidclient
You would have to purchase a static IP address for the system on which
mifos is deployed so that it can be accessed over the internet. Your
internet service provider should be able to help you out with the same
