Hi Srinivas,
1. Enable "reschedule-repayments-on-holidays" and
"allow-transactions-on-holiday "in Admin -> System -> Configurations.
2. In Admin -> Organization ->Manage holidays -> Create holiday and
activate it.
3. Run the scheduler job " Apply Holidays To Loans".
Then it will work for the above scenario.
Also issue has been raised as an improvement "Ability to submit collection
sheet other than meeting dates" - MIFOSX-1848
