Hi Georg,
Do you by any chance have a large number of journal entries /
transactions in your DB? We have seen with about 15 tenants on a
server with about 5 years of history in most DB's, that the update
office running balances job can seriously damage the performance, to
the extent that the server is also hung up. This is caused by users
backdating transactions or fixing old loans, triggering a
recalculation of all transactions after the backdated one. This is
with a M3.Large instance on Amazon.

I installed the latest mifos x ami image (1.26) to test on aws. Installation
works fine, and initially it works super fast. But there are some transactions
- like trying to post first repayment on a loan where system hangs. In browser
the waiting symbol keeps circling, top on the server shows that Java is using
close to 100pct of CPUs, loads keep going up. Tried to leave it for a few
minutes but it does not recover until you kill -9 the Java pid or reboot.
I initially used a free tier tiny instance (in that case it always was hanging
when I tried to book the first loan) and now running it on a M3.large
My install is right out of the box, only thing I added is a idadyn to update my
dyndns URL.

Please find attached error. while try to downloading the Loan repayment
history it is producing error in data Import tool. at other steps import
tool is working fine
this tool I am using my day to day work this error is blocked my process
