I'm happy to announce that we've successfully built and tested a new tool
to import Mifos X client data. We built it because:
1. We needed to import some more standard clients columns like Mobile No,
Client DOB, Gender
2. We needed extra clients columns (support for data tables)
DataImporter currently lives in our github repo at:
https://github.com/SanjoseSolutions/DataImporter
We have also tested it successfully for Unicode data (for languages with
non-ASCII characters like German, Kannada, etc). The tool requires Perl and
a few modules from CPAN. Windows users may need to first install Perl
itself.
