database which i backed-up before upgrading to Mifos x 15.3.1 but still our
products are not available.
May be there is problem in the new version?

Good to know that you have taken database backup before doing the up-gradation.
Since you have database backup you could restore to any one of the mifos x i.e:
either 1.26 or 15.03.1. by downloading fresh mifos x from :-

For photo and document issue - make sure that you have created .mifosx folder
in home directory.
If you have deleted gl accounts, it shouldn't effect to the loan product. So
may not be the issue for getting your loan products deleted. Need to check the
logs in either to check the issue.
Could you please send the logs in either to check your issue.
