Hello Ouya, I would want to view a report of a loan statement for a client. For loan statement - I assume you are referring to Repayment schedule with the transactions details report. You could generate that from - Go to Clients>>Click on desired client>>Click on the required loan>>Transactions>>Click on Export button. In-case if you are referring to a different report for loan statement,please provide more details about that. Credentials request pop-up is for the authentication, which will ensure authorized person is accessing the report.
