Hi Ed,

Q1) Tooltips would be beneficial here it's quite vague to understand how
this functionality works and seems a bit different from the spec.
A: Issue has been raised in Jira MIFOSX-2413
<https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-2413>,
Q2) Layout seems to be wonky - checkboxes for "Is Base lending Rate? and
Active are just floating nowhere near their text
A: Issue has been raised in Jira MIFOSX-2412
<https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-2413>,
Q3) Rate Periods is confusing

-> Should be there a From/To (Start/End) date,
Currently only From date is implemented, the same interest rate will be
followed until user define another From date.
Eg. From 10 January 2016 interest rate is 8%, From 20 January 2016 interest
rate is 9%. Here From 10 January 2016 to 19 January 2016 interest rate is
8% and from 20January 2016 interest rate changes to 9%.

->Is interest rate supposed to be expressed as a whole number, a decimal, a
percentage,
Interest rate can be whole number or a decimal (Eg. can be 8 or 8.5). But
user can not define as 8% or 8.5 %.

- >If it is a differential, is this then a multiplier and not a rate being
defined.
Differential is on top of base lending rate. If Base lending rate is
defined as 8 and Differential is defined as 1. then actual interest is 9
for floating interest calculation.

Please revert back if any more clarity is needed.
