1. Can you please share the loan product details, because Recalculate
Interest based on new terms is applicable for the loans without interest
recalculations.
2. Loan rescheduling is applicable for the unpaid installments. In above
scenarios it is observed that you are trying to reschedule the loan from
paid installment date.
Please share the loan product details and exact steps to arrive upto this
stage.
