Dear Robert,
Which JDBC connector you are using?
You need to modify the server.xml to have correct JDBC driver properties
and you need to copy JDBC connector jar file into tomcat lib directory.
Note: Apache Fineract uses Drizzle JDBC connector. But your tomcat is
configured with Mysql connector.
