Hello Jubha, Mifos X has been installed on your system on the other day and it is working properly.But as already told to you, you cant access it until you open the ports, so if you open the port in your vps i.e in *webmin *you should be able to access.You could connect with webmin support team for how to enable the ports and open that, that should resolve your issue.
