I did configured as per the documentation in mifosforge.jira.com and
created message gateway, created hooks, account in twilio and during sms
bridge creating I have been stuck with the gradlew bootrun which doesn't
complete its build. Completing all the configuration I have not been able
to send the message in each transaction and even when the new client is
created
