Hi Francis, There is no option on UI to configure business rule parameters for sms campaigns. That's done on code level. If message-gateway server along with sms service provider - Twilio or Infobip - are correctly configured, then sms provider will be shown in the drop down menu. If you're able to see the sms provider then automatically you were able to see Trigger type drop-down menu and business rule parameters. By the way, which sms service provider you've configured?
