The file name is fineract-platform.log and must be in the same directory of the other logs that you shared before. inside of the logs directory in Tomcat

If you are getting the error "Couldn't connect to server. Make sure you are using correct settings". It may means that your mifos is still have problem in installation. kindly check the steps again. you can even try by dropping the database and recreate it.
