I am preparing my proposal and would submit it within 3 days since I am
facing my end semester exams too this week. I will be definitely be able to
submit my proposal by Sunday. I have taken a look at the link and have
gathered sufficient information about the working of twilio and nexmo
messaging services. I am looking forward to making my proposal a successful
one. I am still working on my proposal and would like you to provide me any
other features or details except the ones already mentioned if any.
