I wasn't able to create theese types of charges in Mifos X, please let me
know if you have any solution or tips.
1. I have created an overdue fee which is 0.1% of the (principal) and is
charged everyday after passing the maturity date, this
charge continues until the financial institution files a lawsuit, from the
day the lawsuit is filed the accumulate charge must change and instead of
0.1% change to 0.3%. for example if the principal was 1000$ and after
maturity had passed 60 days the accumulated charge would be 60$
(1000*0.001=1) (1*60 days =60) the client hasn't paid for 2 months so now
the financial institution sent this case to the court and from this day the
percent changes from 0.1% to 0.3% so the accumulated amount will
become 60*3=180. how to create this type of charge?
2. If the client is late on the payment of interest for 30 days a charge
is activated (principal+the interest he is late on)*0.05%. I wasn't able
to make this type of charge in Mifos.
3. I was not able to make a prepayment charge (when client pays in
advance). If a client repays the principal before the due date(in advance)
and if the amount is higher than 10% of the total principal, he is charged
with a 1% of principal in advance. How can I apply this type of charge to a
client?
