If you wanted to be creative.. you could use a MT750UP along with a
RB260GSP.....(use a separate power supply with each one, don't cascade them for
power)

Having said that, you have to start paying attention to how much power is going
thru them, Little products are not designed to carry a whole lot of current,
which is the reason why you don't see 8 port poe devices.. cause if they made
them, then they would consume a lot more power..

Then you also have the issue of redundant power, or ac power & battery etc...
Nice thing is that MT can be powered by dual power, one on the dc jack and one
on the inbound POE port.. but again you have to make sure you are not pushing /
pulling a whole lot of current...

as such, the digital loggers become attractive... they can supply more
power/current, and they have an added bonus... which is you can plug in a
couple of batteries, it will charge them and provide backup power... again you
need to review the manual to make sure you are sizing the battery's
appropriately, otherwise you need to provide an external power supply to charge
them..

Moral of the story is... the challange is on how to balance the desire for a
small foot print, multiple ports, poe and power ....

:)
