You could reboot remotely via SSH and a script.My Linux box initiates an SSH to my routerboards, runs a backup, and ftp's the file for storage on the Linux box. Any script that can be run run RouterOS can be run remotely. I imagine the same could be done from a Windows OS and PUTTY.
