What is the equipment and power supply? There is over-voltage
protection on some routerboards that will kick in at 30 volts. On a
dc-powered site we were seeing that when the battery charger would kick
into a weekly high-voltage cycle designed to prolong the life of the
batteries. A couple resistors dropped the voltage enough for us that
the problem went away.
