I'm running XR2's in the MT boxes. We use TR5a's as AP on the 5.8 side. I've had no problems upgrading my backhauls to 4.0.2 and any of the few tr6000's that have clients are working well. Just seems to be MT boxes giving me troubles. Error i get in the log is:

disconnected, received deauth, 4-way handshake timeout

Very frustrating and clients are getting upset.

I have one site running MT3.22 with SR5 and 12 TR5a's all WPA all working fine. We get a lot of power hits here, and radios will reboot due to that, but since upgrading, everything has been very stable. We have sites with CPQ's running WPA others running WEP some 20mhz channels and some with 10mhz channels, all running hot straight normal... ( reading a sub book, lol ) What are your running for radios for your MT side? Is DFS disabled? what channels? Except for the price, we _really_ like our TR gear.... The antenna sections are second to none and the radios try so very hard no matter what the interference...

Since upgrading to 4.0.2, i've been having issues with CPE's rebooting and dis-associating from the Mikrotik AP. I have a ticket open with Tranzeo, and they are trying to reproduce it in the lab. Luckily i only upgraded one site that had 7 clients on it. Bad news is that i may have to downgrade the CPEs to 3.6.7 which is going to default the configs.

I've also run into a few odd issues with 4.0.2 on the TR5a's, again dealing with WPA and also accessing the web interface.

Are you running it using WPA or WPA with AES?

Please elaborate, that's what this list is for. We haven't experienced any problems with 4.0.2 at this point _AS LONG AS YOU DISABLE DFS_ We are running MT3.22 and tranzeo 4.0.2 in numerous locations and off numerous transmitters... 2.4Ghz, and 5.XGhz...

Would also highly suggest not upgrading your tranzeo's to 4.0.2 at this time. Bad things happen...

Been having issues with my RB433 APs talking to my tranzeo CPEs. Getting errors about deauth, 4-way handshake and unicast cipher timeouts. Didn't

Never downgraded before, same steps for upgrading? Just upload file and
reboot?

Any harm in downgrading from 3.22 to 3.20?

None that I've heard or seen. Any reason you are downgrading?
