Although Mikrotik has added SMTP auth to the Mikrotik in terms of
sending email directly from the MT (say, emailing a backup for
instance), there is still no way to set up an SMTP server that works for
the purpose you need. Strictly speaking, this is not a Mikrotik issue.
The MT can redirect a user to any SMTP server you want. If the end user
has their email client configured to use SMTP auth, then your SMTP
server must be able to authenticate them without regard to their
presented credentials. I am not aware of any server that will do that.
