He means having a range of external IP's that are on the outside, but
all forwarded/natted to private addresses on the inside of a network.
I believe this also known as "Symetric NAT" from memory.

mentioned said) and that was the end of it for me.
Like I said I have triple NAT. I am using MT CPEs and was using a MT
core router. It is ImageStream now.
