I have a device on our network that is causing trouble and I cannot
isolate it to a specific customer. I do have the MAC address of the device causing the problem. When I try to add a firewall rule that drops the traffic it appears to shut down all network traffic! Can someone tell me what the rule would look like to block just that device. It appear to be a Tranzeo device and may be spoofing DNS as it is conflicting with my core router.
