So, we had a weird issue last night. We have an RB750 at a customer location which suddenly stopped responding to HTTP/HTTPS/SSH/telnet/FTP/Winbox/API. All traffic continued to pass from the inside to the outside. We asked the customer to reboot the box in the morning, and everything returned to working as expected. Shortly before we lost connection, we did see the router's CPU start to increase but only from about 2% to 5%. There doesn't seem to be anything else I can see that caused issues. On-box logging after the reboot didn't show anything (since I didn't have disk turned on) and my syslog logging had a minor misconfiguration (since fixed). I've turned both on, in case we see this again, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas. It's not doing a lot, besides DHCP/NAT/DNS and PCC load-balancing for HTTP/HTTPS. Currently running RouterOS 4.10. The box is also being monitored by RANCID for configuration changes, at a 10-minute interval.

So, anyone have any guesses? Have I blundered mightily somewhere, and I just don't know it?

Jacob
