If it's working fine and you don't need any new things.. don't upgrade.. If you want to upgrade, you must upgrade to latest 4.x version and later to last 5.x version. Wait 2 days.. 5.8 is very close (today/tomorrow), but it's better to upgrade to almost-last-version to avoid possible introduced bugs.
