CRAP!  That was it.   

What threw me off was the interface on the destination TIK has a Canopy AP that 
is already serving another SM/Tik with OSPF successfully, or so I thought.

Turns out that someone swapped the AP out on that tower and set the SM 
isolation on Option 1.  Since the OTHER tower that was running off that AP had 
multiple paths, it continued to work!

Sooooo,, yes turned off SM isolation and away we go!
