MT is the only one I know does this.
It does reply, it just has the wrong src address so it doesn't match on the other end, or at least this is what I think happens. It doesn't matter what interface the request arrives on, nor the address the request is sent to, MT uses the address of the interface that it sends on as the source. If I remember correctly, when you put 2 addresses on a port, you can only do SNMP to one address because that is the on that it responds with.
