pake phpmyadmin aja, pilih database yang pengen dipindahin terus cari dump, save structure & data trus save as file, nanti kesimpennya dalam bentuk .sql. Trus di hosting yang punya fasilitas mysql-nya biasanya nyediain phpmyadmin juga di control panelnya, trus tinggal upload file sql tadi (di phpmyadmin biasanya nyediain buat ngebentuk table2 yang udah tersimpan di file text).
