I wonder who is responsible for the inaccuracy in the South Cambs Magazine,
Summer 2005, page 38 "After three years of no council tax increase..." when
from 2002 to 2005 it actually increased by 30% - about 7 times more than the
state pension, as shown by the graph at
http://our.members.beeb.net/counciltax/counciltax.htm Of course if there
really have been three years of no council tax increase then we have all paid
too much and are due for a refund.
