Hi all,

Thanks for everyone who participated! We're now well past our goal of 2.5 BTC
and that only in a couple days. I think it's important to contrast altruistic
donations to an open source project and tokens investments where returns are
expected. Our campaign was clearly the former and your generosity by far
exceeded my expectations. So my deepest gratitude goes to Andy Bellenie,
Catheryne, Daniel, Jameson and everyone else who donated anonymously.

Let's also not forget everyone freely contributing their time to this project.
If you haven't checked gitter yet, I encourage you to pop in just to appreciate
the level of activity and how we're all helping each other to see this through.

Finally, we're here for the long haul with a large vision. Right now, we're
gearing toward testnet2 and a feature set much closer to what grin should be.
Then mainnet, which is just the beginning. We'll have to foster a diverse
community (reaching out to women, as Catheryne pointed out) and develop an
ecosystem of developers, startups and users of all kinds. More of your time,
energy and generosity will be necessary. So bear with us, I assure you the
journey is going to be fantastic!

- Igno

P.S. I did contact the pinapple fund, however I'm sure they're a little
inundated.
