I don't want to introduce another exception because I think with MimeException
and MimeIOException it's complicated enough as it is.
But let's discuss this in another issue, I think we are getting off topic here.
If no one objects I'll commit a patch that removes MimeIOException(String) as
discussed and close this issue.
