If the problem is spam you could create a custom rule that gave a huge ham-bonus to
emails that had touched your exchange server:
(I'm assuming that you're using SpamAssassin, and that "internal mail" is from your
Exchange server)
header MY_EXCHANGE_IS_GOOD ALL =~ /(ip of your exchange server)/
describe MY_EXCHANGE_IS_GOOD Any email from my exchange server is OK
score MY_EXCHANGE_IS_GOOD -100 etc.
