Test #8: Eicar virus sent using BinHex encoding within a MIME segment
Test #22: Eicar virus within zip file hidden using the "MIME Continuation Vulnerability"
Test #23: Eicar virus within zip file hidden using the "Empty MIME Boundary Vulnerability"
I think MD could be tweaked to fix some of these failures but not all of them??
Since there seems to be a common failure, maybe someone could help write a few lines into 'mimedefang-filter' to check for these as well?
However, when the email was delivered to the client machine Norton SAV promptly still caught this.
