Do "man mimedefang-filter" and search for filter_recipient, I really recommend reading the man pages for mimedefang... very very good info can be gleaned from them.
If you are on a redhat(like) box though, just need to set the variable to yes in /etc/sysconfig/mimedefang and restart mimedefang.
