About time, too...

From the looks of SpamHaus.org, UUnet/MCI is one of the biggest parts of the problem... the FTC should be sending them more of "look here guys... if you don't stop the spammers on your networks, we're gonna have to come kick your collective butt-ski's" kinda letter.
