Okay, I took our old ldap export perl script.. Modified it accordingly.
I guess Im stumped having a lapse after being dormant for so long. 
So im trying your suggestion, and failing. :D  I cant remember how to
set it up for deny all but explicitly listed addresses.  

So heres what im writing.  The auto gen part is what I have swapped.
Perhaps your doing something differently.
Top has included a template with all the access db
